1983 Celica (GTS) 1984 Supra rear end (brakes, half shafts, differential, calipers).. Limited slip, two pinions and 4.11:1 gears Engine is 1983 22RE (only RE that can run carbs) Formally Factory fuel injected. .215 over with TRD forged pistons Dual timing chain conversion 20R head LC engineering Headers and vacuum less distributor. http://www.lcengineering.com/home.htm Dual Valve springs with Titanium clips Precision Engines in Milton machined the block Cam is a Crane cam with 308 degrees of duration (that is why it barely idles) Nominal compression is 10.7:1 but the cam due to overlap bleeds off about 2:1 at idle. This motor will run with Sunoco Gold pump fuel If you run Elfs race fuel, the timing can be advanced Timing is 11 degrees at idle and about 35 at speed Clutch brand I cannot remember but Spongls imported it from Japan and the cost was about $1150 for the clutch, throw out bearing and pressure plate. Only run NGK plugs of 8 or higher Crank and connecting rods were brand new and have not been machined except for balancing.. Entire moving parts (harmonic damper to pressure plate) were balanced by DeGarland and Sons Driveshaft has none replaceable u-joints. Industrial conveurs in Hamilton, rebuilt entire driveshaft and welded in new u-joints in 2000. car had 265K before being built into a rally car Front Struts are factory struts converted to coil overs. also has a 2in piece of DOM tubing over the shock and welded to the cast knuckle to prevent it from bending. Springs on front are proper Coil over springs from the spongls (270lbs) Springs on rear are from truck repair shop in Richmond hill (rate very unknown, but work well) Shocks on front are GAB from Yoshio (Japanese Automotive on Yorkland) Yoshio is very very expensive but he sells the best parts (yoshio was also the source for the strut tops up front) Shocks on Back are no longer in production (from any manufacture) So I use Canadian Tire hi performance shocks which last about two events and then are thrown away (they suck, but you have no choice). New windshield (slight leak at top, needs to be reset a bit better) Solex dual carbs, very nice setup as in the pix Adjustable front suspension Limited slip rear diff, independent out of a supra 4 core custom alum rad Custom headers Needs muffler Needs hole patch in floor New rockers included (see pix) Tons of tires Alum skid plate included (in pix on top of tires Needs new fuel cell, bladder no good, but old cell included (on top of the tires in the pix) Includes parts car (can strip if need be for shipping purposes) Roll cage very solid and welded in to frame (as it were being unibody) Adjustable seats, working terratrip, remote radio map light and fog lights (all extra 2500 firm) Hood lightened (no reinforcing) Hold down rubber brackets for trunk, metal slips for hood VERY powerful in any gear, though no docs it is apparent someone spent quite some money just on the drivetrain so that alone is worth the price (custom rad could cost 700-800, same for headers easily, plus plus plus Adjustable manual choke Kill switch, push button start (put key in ignition, turn to on, then flip ignition switch so light is on, flip fuel pump switch, push button start and way you go, flip rad fan (elec) on and keep going!), there is a switch for NOS but no setup I can see (probably a dream) Manual line lock for brakes Hydraulic parking brake setup Belts are dated from 2000 but still good shape, car logbook stops at 2002 CARS (Canadian rally) Seam, welded , alum panel between trunk and pass compartment, solid car, good setup to learn on in my opinion Spinner setup for multiple tires in trunk with 4way bar on top Multiple tires on rims and loose included (say "most" of the tires, 75-80% that you see in the pix (gravel, snow, etc.), only keeping probably 2 sets of 4 and there must be 20-24 tires there! There is a tow hitch included too to move her with included Box of extra parts (I do have the wiper arms just not installed) Selling because working on different car Will consider deposit, payment over time, Can help arrange shipping Gord located in Ontario canada but I can help ship overseas (have shipped houses so a car is easy!) 001-705-385-1203 email parallax@vianet.ca pictures at http://www.picturetrail.com/gid23389065 the beige car is the parts car log book pages all noted, last entry is 2002 seats, lights and terratrip are extraSeller
